Relaxed knits, tailored trousers, and straight cuts – it seems as though Isabel Marant has found her essence again. After quite a few seasons of ruffles and feminine silhouettes, Marant is back to mastering classic modern basics with a combination of the French nonchalance. Subtle and effortless pieces which have already become essentials for spring such as, the classic striped button-down, cocoon coats, cropped trousers, and midi-skirts are paired with Marant’s own take on one of the most hyped minimalist trainers, the Stan Smith. Of course, the burgundy detail instead of the green is an obvious favorite and the anti-styling of each ensemble is highly appreciated, sartorially speaking.
